Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it — and, just as important, what we deliberately never collect.

Last updated October 27, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what PareloSolutions (“we”, “us”) collects through the AX Downloader website and apps, why we collect it, and the things we refuse to do with your data. The short version first:

In short

  • No accounts. We don’t know who you are unless you hand us an email — at checkout, a license request or a support conversation.
  • The app reports license and device data and free-plan daily counters. Never the media itself, never your download history.
  • No ads, no trackers, no cross-site profiling. The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.
  • License keys are stored encrypted at rest, and payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us.

2. Information we collect

Checkout and license records

When you buy a plan, we receive your email and the plan you chose, and we record your license key (stored encrypted at rest), its activation status and related timestamps. The key is emailed to you; if someone requests a resend for an email address, the key for every active license on it is sent to that address.

Activation data

When you activate a license, the app sends a device identifier, an optional device name and a hashed hardware fingerprint. We use them to enforce each plan’s device limit (up to 3 devices) and you can deactivate a device whenever you need the slot.

Free download counts

To enforce the free plan’s daily limit, we keep a per-device counter of downloads used that day, which resets automatically. It contains counts — not content. We never see what you downloaded.

Crash reports

The app can send optional, anonymous crash reports when something fails, so we can fix it. They contain no personal information.

Server logs

The website and APIs briefly keep standard logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp — for security, reliability and abuse prevention. They are kept only for a short period.

Messages you send us

If you write to us by email, we keep the message so we can handle your request and spot a pattern when more people report the same thing.

3. What we never collect

  • Accounts or passwords — there are none.
  • The media you download. We never receive, store or inspect your files, and we don’t keep a download history.
  • Cross-site data. No ad networks, no analytics trackers, no social pixels on this site — and nothing we collect is sold or shared for advertising.
  • Full payment details. Card data lives only with our payment processor.
  • Sensitive categories. We don’t ask for them, and we don’t want them.

4. How we use information

  • to deliver license keys and manage licenses — activation, device limits, resends;
  • to enforce the plans and daily limits fairly across devices;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, key abuse and abuse of the refund process;
  • to respond to support and license requests;
  • to measure aggregate usage so we can keep the Service fast and fix what’s broken;
  • to comply with law, including accounting and legitimate legal requests.

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t use it to advertise to you. That’s not a promise that expires on a marketing-strategy revision — it’s how the product works by design.

5. Emails you receive

We only send transactional email: a license key after purchase, a resend after a license request, or a reply to something you wrote to us. No newsletters, no upsell campaigns, nothing you need to unsubscribe from.

If you receive license email you didn’t expect, someone may have used your address at checkout. Tell us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out. Want to see it yourself? Request your key — if you have an active license, the key arrives at your inbox.

6. Payments

Paid plans are charged through our payment processor. We receive your email, the plan and the payment status we need for fulfillment; the processor holds your payment details. We never see your full card number, and the charge appears from the processor, not from AX Downloader.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website sets only strictly necessary storage — the small amount needed to make the site function. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no consent wall, because there is nothing to consent to.

If that ever changes, we’ll update this page (and your actual choices) first.

8. How long we keep data

License and checkout records are kept while a license is active and for as long as law requires us to keep records of transactions. Server logs and crash reports are kept only briefly. Anything we no longer need for those purposes is deleted or anonymized.

You can always ask us to delete your data at the support address below. We’ll remove what the law doesn’t require us to keep and tell you exactly what, if anything, we must retain (for example transaction records) and for how long.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] — ideally from the email you used at checkout, which lets us verify you immediately — and we’ll take it from there. We respond within 30 days.

10. Security

  • Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • License keys are stored encrypted at rest, so resends keep the same key.
  • Installers are code-signed and scanned before every release — no bundled adware.
  • We collect the minimum needed to run the Service, so there is less to lose.

11. Children's privacy

The Service isn’t aimed at children — our Terms of Use require users to be at least 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child handed us personal data, tell us and we’ll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or applicable law changes. Updated versions are posted on this page with a new date at the top, and take effect when posted. If changes are significant, we’ll make that clear in the document itself.
