About
The team behind AX Downloader
AX Downloader is a desktop app for saving video, playlists and audio from the sites you already use. It is built by PareloSolutions, a small independent software team.
What we build
AX Downloader runs on Windows, with a macOS build in development. The free plan covers everyday downloads up to 1080p, audio extraction and subtitles. Pro adds 4K, batch queues and parallel downloads, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase that includes future Pro features.
There is no account and no download history on our servers. You install the app, paste a link and keep the file. The plans page explains what each tier includes.
How we test releases
Platforms change constantly, so every release is checked against a set of supported sites before it ships: a standard video, a playlist, an audio-only download and a members-only link. When a site changes its player or stream format, we update the extractor and publish a new build.
Installers are code-signed and scanned before release. They do not bundle toolbars, browser extensions or adware, and the app does not watermark your files. If a build fails a check, it does not go out.
How we write the guides
The blog exists because most download advice is either outdated or written to sell a converter site. Our guides start from the file itself: which stream the platform served, which container it fits, what the bitrate means and how to check the result. We update them when a format or platform changes.
Every article is reviewed by the people who build and test the app. If you find something that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What we do not do
We do not require an account, sell personal data, run ad trackers or keep a record of what you download. License keys are stored encrypted so a resend keeps working. The privacy policy spells out the details, and the terms of use cover the rules for using the app.
